Siam Telluride

Neighborhood Thai Spot

Under new management, Siam has undergone a transformation from the kitchen to the dining room. Guests are now treated to a more modern space with an extended bar, new lighting, and black painted ceilings. But don't worry - the changes haven't compromised the intimate dining experience.

What remains unchanged is the stellar food. Siam packs a punch with its authentically prepared Thai dishes. Favorites include Pad Se-Eaw featuring large rice noodles, with egg, carrots, broccoli in a dark soy sauce and Drunken Noodles, a spicy dish, with pan-fried rice noodles, egg, onions, tomatoes, red and green peppers, bamboo shoots and basil leaves. Add your choice of protein and be sure to let the waitstaff know your preference on the spice level. They speak in terms of Thai hot vs American hot, so be prepared for that.

Several curries are on the menu, including the classic Massaman, Red, Green, and Panang.  There is even an option that doesn't contain coconut milk -  the Jungle curry.

During the warmer months, the patio is open with live music playing most nights. Join friends for an appetizer platter and a glass of Singha before heading on to the nightlife on Main street.
